From pages to plates- the creation of a children’s book & lifestyle brand
In early 2021, My SuperHero Foods came to Otterpine in its very beginning phases; as a series of google docs, mood boards, and dreams of being a children’s book. The book’s aim was to help teach young children & their parents about food nutrition and empower them to make health decisions.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was making long, dense, factual nutritional information into easy to understand, fun, and informative for our online audience.

Creating A Fulfillment & Shipping Process
I designed and implemented operating procedures for: packing, handling, shipping, QA, claims, tracking, support, inventory management, documentation, and communication that reduced delivery errors from 4% to 0.01% and increasing operating margin by over 9%.
